The Spires is the oldest [[demistate]] in Termanistan. It was here the dragon sorcerer [[Yilbechar]] built his spire, the seed that started the plane growing.

= Sub-cities =

The Spires has three [[Sub-city|sub-cities]]:

* [[Yilcharon]]
* [[Yil-echmon]]
* [[The Sprawl]]

= Geographic Features =

The spires is mostly flat, with a dead volcano rising in the center of Yilcharon, and the now empty [[Spire of Yilbechar]] jutting prominently from its apex. The tower is so tall as to be visible from all of The Spires.

In Yil-echmon, [[The Library]] may be the most prominent building, its wings stretching like tentacles through the streets, weaving above and below other buildings and features.
