Calendar
The Termanistanian calendar uses a 7-day week, and differs from earthly calendars in many ways:
Weekdays
The Termanistanian days are called oneday, twoday, threeday, fourday, fiveday, sixday and sevenday. None of them are official days off, but many businesses let their workers rest on sevenday. Numerous religions make claims that either this day or that is holy and that their members should be exempt from working on those days, with varied success. Very few businesses let their workers have more than one day off each week, and depending on the type of work this may be either sevenday or the religious day of the worker.
Months
The year has twelve months, each of which is five weeks, except for the last week of the year, which has only four. The names of the months are Eldwass, Eldfih, Eldber, Wasseld, Wassfih, Wassber, Fiheld, Fihwass, Fihber, Bereld, Berfih,, and Berwass.
Holidays
The religions in Termanistan celebrate numerous holidays. As the city has no official religion, very few of these holidays line up with official holidays.
