Spire of Rot

The Spire of Rot is an old, dilapidated spire in Yil-echmonn. It's a tapering cylinder, once standing proud and straight to a height of several hundred meters, it has now sunken into the ground to a height of only 75 meters, and is about 10 degrees out of vertical. Where once it rose above a neat and tidy park its surroundings are now a deep swamp, and the spire is covered in moss, vines and other greenery.
